social authentication or email. This will also help us connect with the client by
creating a point of contact for further communication and discussion.
Get a project plan..
Tech strategists team and/or Project managers will contact the client to obtain complete project requirements and specifications.This will be analysed and researched to make a final plan.
UI/UX Prototyping to visualize the project plan
As a proof of concept our design team creates a prototype and conceptualizes the wire-frame as per the specifications. This will be reviewed by the tech team to understand the project and provide feedback and a final plan is made.
Frontend and Backend development along with design implementation
Development team gets together to discuss on the assigned tasks and begin with code base based on the project plan and design prototypes targeting, one milestone at a time. The code is pushed into the main repository at the end of each task.
Release it to the world...
Testing is done at every level. Next tasks are taken up by
the developers only when current task testing is passed by the test engineers. The
app is deployed in the test environment with access shared to the client for final
demo and sign-off
After sign-off from the client the app is deployed onto production of the agreed
platform and with a final source code handover.
